A possible new hat idea?

So I was playing TF2 yesterday, and as I was killed by the Heavy, I managed to see see a glitch where an item was floating there and covered the Heavy's face. So I decided to take a snapshot at it because I thought it looked interesting. Who knows? Maybe it could have potential of a new hat design.
